Characterising Domestic Abuse Survivors in the SLaM Image Bank Cohort

Mental health service users experience a high prevalence and increased risk of domestic abuse (Khalifeh et al., 2014). However very little is known how domestic abuse impacts the brain. This project will lay the foundations of work to address that gap.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
