Clinical Risk Factors for Clozapine Induced Neutropenia and Agranulocytosis

The use of clozapine is associated with a rare but unpredictable decrease in the number of white blood cells in your body (neutropenia) or can cause them to become very low or absent (agranulocytosis). This study will investigate potential predictors of this side-effect.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
