Co-occurrence of psychosis and autism: a retrospective cohort study of prevalence, clinical characteristics, service use and treatment outcomes
People with autism spectrum disorder are at a higher risk of developing psychosis, than those without autism, but there is very limited understanding of how autistic people with psychosis (ASD-P) are accessing care and of potential barriers to engagement. This project aims to improve understanding of the needs and outcomes of mental health service use for people with ASD-P.
