Little is known about what routine psychological interventions are effective for children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities and how parental mental health can affect intervention outcomes of their children. This project will investigate the effectiveness of different types of mental health intervention, considering outcomes against the background of family stress and resilience.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
