Cognitive dysfunction and emotion processing abnormalities in bipolar disorder | C4C

The study aims to determine the nature of cognitive function and emotion processing abnormalities in symptomatic and euthymic (“normal mood”) patients with Bipolar Disorder, and the extent to which these abnormalities are distinguishable from abnormalities in patients with Major Depressive Disorder who display comparable illness severity.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
