In long-term condition care, physical health outcomes often overshadow mental well-being and quality of life, yet the implementation of integrated care models remains limited and uneven. This will be the first economic evaluation in integrating mental health assessment in rheumatology care, to inform whether screening of depression in this physical healthcare setting is cost-effective.
