Detection and diagnosis of Body Dysmorphic Disorder in SLaM

1) To establish rates of diagnosis of Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) in child and adolescent, and adult services. 2) To investigate characteristics of individuals with BDD (e.g. gender, age, comorbities, global functioning). 3) To establish what treatments are offered to individuals with BDD, and investigate treatment outcomes.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
