Does Teaching the HCR-20 to Mentally Disordered Offenders in a Forensic Psychiatric Hospital Reduce their Total HCR-20 Scores?

The aims of this project are to evaluate and investigate whether attending the ‘HCR-20 and Recovery Group’ for a minimum of 10 sessions decreases mentally disordered offenders’ total HCR-20 scores compared to a matched control sample, and what factors amight decrease mentally disordered offenders’ HCR-20 total scores?

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
