EAGER (European Autism GEnomics Registry): establishing a whole-genome sequenced European cohort of people with autism spectrum conditions and rare genetic conditions | C4C
This project will create a registry of 1500 participants (autistic people and people who have rare genetic conditions associated with autism) across 8 European countries, with the aim of better understanding how genetics relate to outcomes such as neurodevelopmental conditions and mental health. This project will require participants to give a blood or saliva sample for genetic analysis (whole genome sequencing), complete some online questionnaires, and be added to a registry so that they can be recontacted for future research studies and clinical trials.
