Effect of clozapine on peripheral blood neutrophil counts and immunoglobulin levels and association with clinical response

Clozapine has a unique benefit in the treatment of people with schizophrenia who have not responded to first line treatments but we do not know why it works better than other antipsychotics in this patient group.
