Evaluation of current service-provision for young people with dual-diagnosis across SLaM

  • Applicant: Kelly Jo Charge
  • Project ID: 16-061

The project will identify the currently available support for young people with mental health and substance misuse difficulties across SLaM and the local third-sector services. At the very least, this will serve to increase awareness of the existing provision, care pathways and service -models among CAMHS practitioners, to best support our clients in accessing and utilising this support. Through careful consideration of current practice and provisions against the CQUIN target, this project could assist us in thinking about positive/best practice when working with substance misuse in CAMHS services, and could potentially highlight a need for further service-development.
