Examining the relationship between dissociation and heterogeneity in adolescent post-traumatic stress disorder

The aim is to investigate characteristics of the dissociative subtype of post-traumatic stress disorder amongst adolescents, including hallucinations, identity alterations, sleep difficulties and other dissociative symptoms. The study will further seek to compare the prevalence of such variables amongst adolescents with PTSD and its dissociative subtype.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
