HIV testing and HIV/AIDS diagnosis & treatment in SLAM population

given effective anti-viral treatment for HIV infection, the serious and high cost consequences of undiagnosed HIV infection, and the high prevalence in the area covered by SLAM, there is a debate about routine HIV testing and counselling. This service evaluation will establish the prevalence of HIV testing and infection, the medico-demographic. It will facilitate compliance with the NICE PH guidance.
