Identifying pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) among those in contact with CAMHS
Following on from previous research modelling the characteristics of children who were identified as having special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) during primary school, this project will extend the analysis to children who are identified as having SEND during secondary school, and explore the extent of overlap in pupils receiving SEND support and CAMHS care. The purpose of this study is to understand how joined-up health and educational services are for children with additional needs.
