The project hopes to assist in the identification of risk associated behaviour in clinical text, thereby assisting clinical staff when assessing risk of patients. The project aims to build software to identify sentences within clinical notes that should be considered when determining level of risk of patients during admission / discharge or during inpatient stays.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
