A lot of valuable information for CRIS is contained as text in the source health record – this includes information on events that may be stressful and affect recovery. This project will develop ways to find out when traumatic life events (e.g., bereavement, loss of a job, breakdown of a relationship) have been recorded.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
