Improving Lung Health in SLaM Addiction Services
We are a multidisciplinary team working on a quality improvement project to improve the identification and management of clients with respiratory problems accessing community addiction services in SLaM. The objective of the study is to provide a baseline assessment of the caseload characteristics, including service use and demographic profile of relevance for modelling health economic impacts of care improvement. Performance of the new service will be monitored by extracting data about clients using the new service.
