Improving the ascertainment of treatment response in depression and psychosis

CRIS provides a valuable opportunity for ascertaining different responses to treatment in disorders such as depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Methods have already been developed to ascertain when someone hasn’t responded to several treatments, but they probably still miss important numbers of instances and this project will seek to improve performance.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
