Late neutropenia on clozapine

This study will examine the effects of late neutropenia in schizophrenic patients who are taking clozapine. Neutropenia is an abnormal low level of neutrophils in the blood which leaves individual with higher risk of developing serious infections. Clozapine is associated with severe neutropenia (absolute neutrophil count (ANC) less than 500/?L).
