Long-term clinical and functional outcomes in adults with ADHD receiving pharmacological treatment in a the adult Autism and ADHD service: a retrospective CRIS study

  • Applicant: Martina Carboni
  • Project ID: 26-060

Limited evidence exists on long‑term outcomes and adherence to ADHD medication within NHS services, particularly under shared care models.

This study uses anonymised NHS records to examine how adults with ADHD in a Croydon service have fared over time on medication, including functioning outcomes and adherence to treatment.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
