Long-term health outcomes of people presenting with methamphetamine associated psychosis

  • Applicant: Edward Chesney
  • Project ID: 24-045

Patients presenting to A&E with methamphetamine-associated psychosis are not routinely reviewed by liaison psychiatry or provided with psychiatric follow-up in the community. We want to investigate the long-term health outcomes for this population, so that we can assess whether more assessment and follow-up is justified. Would also like to include service users from the POS or police custody.
