Longitudinal changes in cognitive impairment for patients with Schizophrenia

This project seeks to investigate how cognitive problems such as difficulties in thinking and memory change over time in patients with schizophrenia patients, by developing novel ways to detect mentions of these in text and structured fields in CRIS.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
