Mental Healthcare Service Use among Pancreatic Cancer Patients in Southeast London

There is a clinical impression that burden of mental illness among people with newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer is particularly higher because of its characteristics of aggressive development and poor prognosis. We will perform an analysis on the service use of mental healthcare comparing pancreatic cancer patients to other counterparts in Southeast London.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
