MRI neuroradiological reporting in dementia: clinical and diagnositc correlation

Why do a significant number of patients have age appropriate MRI brain scan reports and yet clinically they have dementia? – conversely others have an atrophied brain that fits the clinical picture.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
