NIHR BRC Bioresource for Mental Health

The Bioresource is collecting biological samples from participants who have given consent for their clinical data to be used for research. Data will include transcriptomics, genomics (SNPs, CNVs), epigenetics, proteomics, neuroimaging and more. We plan to link this data with information from the patient’s clinical record.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
