Optimising Health Outcomes for Victims of Trafficking

This study aims to identify disclosures of human trafficking within mental health settings, to identify the demographic characteristics, clinical presentations, and treatment and care pathways of trafficked people accessing mental healthcare, and to estimate the cost to the NHS of providing mental health services to victims of trafficking.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
