South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM) is regarded as a world-class mental health provider, at the forefront of innovation as it relates to mental health service delivery. In response to the productivity challenge facing all Trusts, SLAM is looking for opportunities to further optimise service delivery, in order to drive down costs whilst preserving high-quality care. In line with Monitor recommendations, SLAM is particularly interested in identifying opportunities to significantly reduce its average inpatient LOS of 30 days. SLaM have provided psuedonmised data to Optum. To preserve patient confidentality, access to CRIS is required to conduct the necessary case notes review.
