Reasoning: There have been promising results for the use of ketamine to treat patients with treatment resistant depression, but its widespread use as an antidepressant treatment has not yet been approved in the UK. What the project will do: This project aims to understand the attitudes of individuals who have experienced depression toward ketamine as an antidepressant treatment option.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
