Patient-Rated Experience & Outcome Measures: Evaluating In-patient Forensic Service User Satisfaction

This evaluation aims to expand on a previous MSc service evaluation project (undertaken in 2022), with a larger accumulated dataset of Patient-Rated Experience and Outcome Measures (PREOM) to report on group-level patient-rated experiences in a secure inpatient setting.

The evaluation will consider the entire dataset of NHSE-mandated administration of PREOMs (400 accumulated since 2020) that have had four additional items added to consider whether religious and identity needs are perceived to be met by the service.
