Patient Restraint Information Audit

This project aims to audit ePJS events documentation following a reported incident involving restraint to scrutinise whether routinely staff are documenting: a) what broad techniques were used (e.g. Prone restraint), b) what staff were involved, c) who did what, d) whether any injuries were suffered (patient or staff) and e) subsequent management (e.g. Meds given or supervised confinement initiated).
