Predicting Repurposed Drugs from PubMed Word Embeddings

We have previously identified medications for other conditions which could be useful in treating psychosis symptoms, but we need to test this further. We want to use the CRIS platform to establish whether better outcomes are achieved for individuals who happen to be receiving the medications of interest, compared to other patients.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
