Psychosis incidence in South London

  • Applicant: Diego Quattrone
  • Project ID: 20-061

There is evidence suggesting that the number of new cases of schizophrenia in South London has progressively increased from 1965 to 2012. This study aims to: 1) estimate the incidence of new cases of psychotic disoders in South London from 2012 to 2021; 2) examine whether changes in the social and enviromental factors, including the recent Covid-19 pandemic, are associated with any variation in the incidence of psychosis over the years.
