Professionals in Child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) identify and respond to various forms of risk on a daily basis. Effective and collaborative risk management plans are often crucial to preventing harm to children, yet it is likely that there is considerable variability in these plans regarding stakeholder involvement and suggested interventions.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
