Risk factors and prognosis of treatment resistant depression in older adults

About one third of older people with depression do not respond well to antidepressant medication, which is called treatment resistance. This study seeks to understand the risk factors and outcomes of treatment-resistant depression in older adults.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
