The causes of mental disorders are complex, and their development can be influenced by various environmental, psychological, and biological factor. This project aims to identify the risk factors and understand how they contribute to the development of mental disorders to inform future prevention and treatment options.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
