Symptomatic and Psychometric profiling of a Posterior Cortical Atrophy case series [PCA-ID]

Posterior cortical atrophy (PCA) is a rare neurodegenerative syndrome, typically a variant of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Clinically PCA is often undetected for up to 3 years after symptoms develop. This project may help early identification and increase awareness of PCA.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
