The Natural History of Early Onset “Psychosis” Diagnosis

This is a pilot study to test the stability of initial diagnosis following the first presentation of psychosis, and to describe how the illness/diagnosis evolves and how modifiers such as medication, drug use and social influences fit with the evolution.
