The aim of this study is to explore assessor and service user experiences of the assessment process for talking therapies. To do this we will conduct separate, confidential qualitative interviews with service users and assessors who have been involved in the same assessment.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
