Using AI to validate an NLP model for early identification of cognitive difficulties

People with severe mental illness often have cognitive difficulties that can affect recovery, independent living, and relationships. Identifying these problems requires expensive assessments rarely used routinely. This project will identify the cognitive difficulties from electronic health records and compare this information against psychological tests so we can pinpoint those individuals who could benefit from an intervention for their cognitive symptoms.
