Using belief-updating and speech to predict psychosis relapse

This study aims to find early signs in speech and belief-updating to predict relapse in first episode of psychosis (FEP) patients and improve care among them. The study is online and follows participants over one year, with assessments at the start, 6 months, and 12 months. Participants complete online tasks (about 45–60 minutes) and clinical interview which ask participants basic information and unusual experience (2–3 hours with breaks, done online or in person) for each assessment.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
