Vortioxetine in schizophrenia

Vortioxetine is an antidepressant that has been shown to improve cognition in depression. Some limited evidence has shown benefit when it is combined with lurasidone in patients with schizophrenia. The purpose of this research is to examine the potential benefit of vortioxetine when it is added to antipsychotics in patients with schizophrenia.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
