Current national guidelines recommend that Magnetic Resonance Imaging is not used as a routine part of the initial investigations for the management of first episode psychosis. We will examine the adherence to this guidance within the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and whether routine Magnetic Resonance Imaging results in clinical benefit.<br/>
