There have been suggestions that the vaccine for herpes zoster (shingles) might offer health protection, including a lower risk of dementia; however, dementia outcomes haven't been investigated. The vaccine was offered routinely to people aged 70+ from Sep 2013, so this study will compare dementia outcomes by week of birth in order to compare those who were eligible or not to receive the vaccine.<br/>
