Lay Summary :
Abrupt discontinuation of clozapine, an antipsychotic usually used for treatment-resistant schizophrenia, has been associated with various withdrawal symptoms, including catatonia, a severe neuropsychiatric condition characterised by motor immobility and behavioural abnormalities; however, catatonia associated with clozapine discontinuation is still poorly understood with few case reports. This study will investigate the prevalence of catatonia symptoms in patients whose clozapine treatment was discontinued and to observe which treatment was successful in treatment.<br/>
