The aims of the study are to: (i) describe the use of Community Treatment Orders (CTOs) in real clinical settings, (ii) compare the clinical outcomes of those discharged on a CTO to those discharged without a CTO, and (ii) to identify the clinical features of those who achieve improvement and those who do not following discharge on a CTO.<br/>
